Our masterbatches are reactive colorants which will be fully integrated in the cast nylon macromolecules by

polymerisation. For the production of these masterbatches we use absolutely homogenizeable colorants and

additives free of cadmium and heavy metals. This allows for an optimal distribution in the final product, even

colouring and no “bleeding-out” of the colour pigments from the final product. After addition of the masterbatch

into the melted caprolactam there is no risk of sedimentation even after hours of storage.

All colorants will be delivered in solid state with a melting point of ~70°C. Because of this low melting point you it

will easy dissolve in the caprolactam.
